ในแอปหรือบนเว็บ

ตั้งค่า → ลบบัญชีถาวร จะลบบัญชี โปรไฟล์ และข้อมูลพอร์ตทั้งหมดที่เราเก็บไว้ ทันทีและถาวร กู้คืนไม่ได้ ใช้ได้ทั้งแอปบน Android และเว็บ ไม่ต้องติดตั้งอะไรเพิ่ม

โปรดส่งออกข้อมูลเก็บไว้ก่อนลบ — ตั้งค่า → สำรองข้อมูล

ถ้าเข้าสู่ระบบไม่ได้แล้ว

ส่งอีเมลมาที่ saphdevelop@gmail.com จากอีเมลของบัญชีนั้น เราจะลบให้ภายใน 30 วัน

ถ้ายังไม่เคยเข้าสู่ระบบ

ไม่มีข้อมูลของคุณอยู่ที่เราเลย ลบได้เองด้วยการล้างข้อมูลแอปในการตั้งค่าเครื่อง หรือถอนการติดตั้ง

In the app or on the web

Settings → Delete account permanently erases your account, profile and all portfolio data we hold, immediately and permanently. It cannot be undone. Available in both the Android app and the web app — nothing extra to install.

Export your data first if you want to keep it — Settings → Backup.

If you can no longer sign in

Email saphdevelop@gmail.com from the account's own address and we will delete it within 30 days.

If you never signed in

We hold nothing about you. Clear the app's data in your device settings, or uninstall it.

What gets deleted

Data	On account deletion
Email address and account ID	Deleted immediately
Portfolios, transactions, dividends, watchlists, settings	Deleted immediately
Plan and payment history	Deleted immediately, except records our payment provider must retain by accounting law
The copy on your own device	Clear app data in device settings, or uninstall
