Where your data is held

Android app, before signing in — it records normally and all of your portfolio data stays on your device only. We do not receive it and cannot read it. Signing in is optional, not a condition of using the app.
Website, before signing in — nothing of yours is held anywhere, apart from the install statistics described below. The site is read-only until you sign in and shows sample data.
Signed in with Google — app or website — your email address and your portfolios are held on our servers so that they are available on your other devices.

Anonymous install statistics — the only thing that leaves a device that has not signed in: a random identifier the app generates for itself (not read from the hardware, and gone if the app is uninstalled), the app version, the kind of device, and the access state. No email, no name, none of your portfolios, transactions or figures, and we do not record the IP address. We keep one row per device and overwrite it, so there is no history of which days you opened the app. It exists to answer one question: how many devices are running the app, and which version.

เพื่อแสดงราคาและ NAV แอปดึงข้อมูลตลาดสาธารณะจาก Yahoo Finance ข้อมูลเปิดของสำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. และแหล่งสาธารณะอื่นเป็นแหล่งสำรอง ซึ่งเป็นการร้องขอเพื่ออ่านข้อมูลเท่านั้น ไม่มีการส่งพอร์ตของคุณไปด้วย ส่งไปเพียงชื่อย่อหุ้นหรือรหัสกองทุนที่กำลังค้นหา

การอ่านใบยืนยันรายการ PDF ของโบรก และการอ่านตัวหนังสือจากภาพหน้าจอ ทำในเครื่องของคุณทั้งหมด ไฟล์เหล่านั้นไม่ถูกอัปโหลดไปไหน

หากคุณกดปุ่ม “ส่งตัวอย่างให้ผู้พัฒนา” กับเอกสารที่แอปอ่านไม่ได้ ข้อความนั้นจะถูกส่งมาที่เรา แต่ส่งต่อเมื่อคุณตรวจและปิดบังข้อมูลเองแล้ว และต่อเมื่อคุณกดปุ่มเท่านั้น

การลบบัญชีและข้อมูล

ในแอปหรือบนเว็บ — ตั้งค่า → ลบบัญชีถาวร จะลบบัญชี โปรไฟล์ และข้อมูลพอร์ต ทั้งหมดที่เราเก็บไว้ ทันทีและถาวร กู้คืนไม่ได้ โปรดส่งออกข้อมูลเก็บไว้ก่อนลบ ใช้ได้ทั้งแอปบน Android และเว็บ ไม่ต้องติดตั้งอะไรเพิ่ม

ถ้าเข้าสู่ระบบไม่ได้แล้ว — อีเมลมาที่ saphdevelop@gmail.com จากอีเมลของบัญชีนั้น เราจะลบให้ภายใน 30 วัน

ถ้ายังไม่เคยเข้าสู่ระบบ — ไม่มีข้อมูลของคุณอยู่ที่เราเลย ลบได้เองด้วยการล้างข้อมูลแอปในการตั้งค่าเครื่อง หรือถอนการติดตั้ง

Overview

SAPH (“the app”) is a personal investment portfolio tracker for Thai stocks (SET), Thai mutual funds (SSF/RMF/ESG/MF) and offshore holdings. It records what you already own. It does not place orders, hold money, or connect to your brokerage account.

There is no advertising, no analytics tooling, and no third-party tracking in either edition. The only thing recorded about usage is the date a signed-in account last opened SAPH, as listed in the table below. We do not sell or share your data with anyone, and nothing here is used to profile you.

Installed app (Android)

The app is fully usable without an account. From version 4.5.0 you may choose to sign in with Google so that the app and the website show the same portfolios. The two cases are entirely different:

Signing in — web (saph-set.pages.dev) and the Android app

Before you sign in, the web edition is read-only: it shows sample data so you can look around, and it cannot record anything. Nothing of yours exists, so there is nothing to store. Signing in is what creates an account and everything described below. This section applies equally when you sign in from the Android app — the same account, the same database, the same stored fields.

What we store when you sign in

We never receive your Google password. Sign-in is handled by Google, which tells us only your email address and a account identifier.

Who processes it for us

The date you last opened SAPH, whether from the app or the web, and the version	Recorded once a day, so we know which accounts are still in use and who is stranded on an old build. Nothing about what you tapped or which screens you opened is recorded.

To show prices and NAV, the app requests publicly available market data from Yahoo Finance, the Thai SEC open-data service, and other public sources as fallback. These are read-only requests. Your portfolio is never sent with them — only the symbol or fund code being looked up. Reading a broker's PDF confirmation note, and reading the text in a screenshot, both happen entirely on your device; those files are never uploaded.

If you choose to press “send a sample to the developer” on a document the app could not read, that text is sent to us — but only after you have reviewed and redacted it, and only if you press the button.

Deleting your account and data

In the app or on the web — Settings → delete account removes your account, your profile and all portfolio data we hold, at once and permanently. There is no recovery, so export your data first. It works in the Android app as well as on the website; nothing needs installing.

If you can no longer sign in — email saphdevelop@gmail.com from the account's address and we will delete it within 30 days.

If you never signed in — we hold nothing of yours at all. Clear the app's data in your device settings, or uninstall it.

Deleting some of your data without deleting your account

Portfolios can be deleted one at a time, in the app or on the web — that portfolio's settings → delete portfolio. The data goes from our servers too, on the next sync; it is not removed from the device alone.

What is deleted: that portfolio's transactions, dividends, manually entered prices and settings. What is kept: your account, your email address, your other portfolios and your watchlists. To remove everything along with the account, see the section above.

One thing survives, and we want to be straightforward about it: a one-way cryptographic fingerprint of your email address is kept, with no email address stored alongside it. It exists only so that deleting an account and signing up again cannot be used to restart a free trial indefinitely. It cannot be reversed into your email address and is used for nothing else.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete the account, it goes with it, apart from the fingerprint described above.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Export and delete are both built into Settings and take effect immediately; for anything else, email us and we will respond.
